Shipping policy

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed on working days, Sunday to Thursday. In-stock items ordered before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day from our Riyadh warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery estimates

• Riyadh: 1–2 working days
• Major cities (Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah, Madinah): 2–3 working days
• Other locations in the Kingdom: 3–5 working days

Estimates are indicative and depend on courier performance, address accessibility and stock availability. Special-order and bulk items may have a longer lead time, which is confirmed at quotation.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Business accounts with contract pricing may have agreed shipping arrangements applied to their orders.

Tracking

A tracking reference is emailed once the courier collects your order. If tracking has not updated within two working days of dispatch, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

Delivery checks

Please inspect packaging on delivery. Report visible transit damage to us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the packaging and product, so we can raise a claim with the carrier.

Multi-site and scheduled delivery

Corporate customers can consolidate ordering and split delivery across branches, or set a recurring replenishment schedule. Contact our team to arrange this.
